It is a compact and indipendent device which collects data coming from devices on bus fields, organizes them in groups and display them on every computer connected with the local network or Internet.
It is connected to the Ethernet by LAN or wireless devices, using both standard and customized protocols (e.g. Modbus, Profibus).
The high spots of the Light Data Collector are:
- Cheapness
- Versatility
- Easy to use
- Wide portability
- Wide possibility of customizing
The light data collector can be used in many different applications; for example could e used for monitoring an electric network using a set of digital multimeters and electric data recorders.
